NAVAL RANKS SUMMARY
MAZ6R CLAN is a professionally administered and structured organization. Therefore, our ranking system is based on the same concept as positions within a corporation. Positions are earned on merit and are awarded based on performance. Each position has specific expectations that must be met to be promoted to the next level.
The purpose is to give our team a comprehensive understanding of their rank and responsibilities, simplify their path to promotion, and foster friendly competition within the spirit of fun and learning.
