Next-level structure: We take the limited, basic naval rank system provided in-game by WOWS and expand it into a highly detailed, rewarding progression path.

Flag rank focus: Please note that specific focus areas for Admiral and Deputy Commander roles are handled separately.
Staff appointments: Dedicated assignments for flag ranks, such as Flag Lieutenants, are not listed within this general protocol section.

Character over combat: Promotions are strictly based on honor, integrity, loyalty, and team spirit—not individual game performance, which improves over time with our training.
Base building: Advancements are earned by actively participating in WOWS Naval and Division Battles, which directly helps build our naval base and clan ratings.
Active fellowship: As a friendship-based organization, we value active engagement on Discord, Facebook, YouTube, and at all-hands meetings.
Lending a hand: Assisting teammates and actively sharing helpful information across our platforms is highly recognized.

🚀 Team Specialists & Leadership Development

Become a specialist: Turn your specific hobby interests and knowledge into a team asset. Specialists enjoy helping the crew and are listed on our website's U.F.O.C. section, Facebook, and Discord.

⚓ The MAZ6R Ranking System

U.S. Navy standard: We have adopted the United States Navy’s ranking system, starting active players at the in-game rank of Midshipman or Ensign.
Coexisting systems: The detailed MAZ6R ranking system seamlessly coexists with and expands upon the limited ranking system provided inside the WOWS game client.
Our long-term goal: We aim for WOWS to eventually implement a robust system like ours in-game for all clans. Until then, we have combined both tracks into the documentation below.
