Discover MAZ6R CLAN's ranking and promotions system, focusing on integrity and teamwork to master rank duties and promotions beyond WOWS gaming skills.

This unique section offers our members the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of their duties in their current rank and the requirements for every rank in MAZ6R CLAN, so they understand the promotion protocols required for each level of advancement. Our system takes the limited naval rank system listed by WOWS in-game to an entirely new level.

Note: Admiral/Deputy Commander specific focus areas and flag ranks, such as Flag Lieutenants, etc., are not listed in this section.

MESSAGE FROM LEADERSHIP REGARDING PROMOTION

Promotions in MAZ6R CLAN are not based on game performance, as enhanced performance develops over time with guidance and training. Instead, promotions are based on honor and integrity, loyalty, team spirit, and participation in WOWS Naval and Division Battles, which help us build our naval base and our clan ratings.

MAZ6R CLAN is a fellowship organization based on friendship. Therefore, participation on our Discord channel, our Facebook portal, and our YouTube channel are also important, along with participating in all hand’s meetings, assisting other teammates, and sharing information with the group in a variety of areas, both verbally and on the platforms we have provided.

Do you have a particular area of interest regarding our hobby that may help the team? Why not utilize your interest and knowledge by becoming a team specialist? These individuals enjoy helping their team and are found on our website specialist page under the U.F.O.C. as well as on the Facebook portal and Discord.

Our MAZ6R CLAN leadership team is committed to everyone having fun, but we are also committed to leadership development both in-game and in your daily lives. The leadership team is developing programs to assist you in these areas, with two programs currently being field tested.

In addition to our development programs, we have adopted the United States Navy’s ranking system, starting at the rank of Ensign or Midshipman as listed in-game. Our MAZ6R CLAN ranking system coexists with the WOWS limited ranking system. Our secondary goal for this system is for WOWS to implement our system in-game for all clans. However, that will take time. In the meantime, we have combined the two systems in the documents below. Our primary goal is to foster friendly competition by letting everyone know that their participation in making MAZ6R CLAN the most sought-after group to join is both recognized and appreciated!
